Actually in my version of the rules of the tlk royals, The cubs the king and queen share together are always first in line for the throne, then the solo cubs of the King/Queen ( in this case Kiara's, if there'd be any) and then the solo cubs of the king/queen consort. An old rule made by an old ruler to benefit from.

could Kiara technically have the cubs exiled or betrothed to other prides? Cause either way the cubs would never actually be king or queen since Nzuri is up to be King... idk I think Nyota’s pride will be her downfall

Technically she could if she wants to, but for the exile there would have to be a crime or something similar done by the kids to get the punishment, and there's an unwritten rule of taking the parents' of the betrothed lions/lionesses wishes into consideration. So she could but she would anger a lot of Pridelanders by extending or flexing the rules in her own benefit.

Ua's sister or relative is beautiful and I really don't like Nyara at all! I hope we get to learn about what happened between her and Kovu soon because I'm very curious lol
