hello there! i've been watching you for a while -stare- i saw in one of your comments somewhere that you used Graftobian Disguise Stix for your make up ^^ i wish i had found that post before i bought my stuff lol i used a charcoal powder with an under coat of a weird goo >.< and i must say that stuff of mine stained everything D: luckily i was wearing play cloths and not my costume -phew- so i've decided to try some of what you're using ^^ and hope for the best! if you're ever heading over to the Maryland Ren Fest look me up~

I do you use Graftobian Disguise Stix, but I also know that several other people in my drow costuming group use charcoal powder, and some of them use airbrushing while others use Ben Nye make up.

And the contacts I did mange to get it, but then my vision was blurry and it was hard to paint myself while trying to squint through them. They also made my eyes really red!

The stuff I use, I can't put it on my lips lol I end up using a black lip stick...and I used the oil stuff for my eyebrows. I may have to find the one you use and see how it works

It's called "Graftobian Disquise Stix" and it's pretty easy to put on. You just add water and smear it from the stick itself, or paint it on with a brush. I do it both ways.
Sadly, it doesn't stay this smooth for a really long time. If it's dry and cool outside, the makeup sort looks like it's cracking a bit after a while... and if it's really hot, it sometimes gets a bit transparent, but at least it doesn't really sweat off that badly, and it just barely gets on my costume around my neckline.

Ah okay...I think I've seen something similar to that before. I use an oil based make up but it takes a long time to dry and like with the make up you use, it starts to crack >_< It gets on everything too.

My makeup is soap based... I think. At least, that's what I read on a website. It also is really good about not rubbing off too badly on clothing. I'd really recommend it if you are trying to get something with staying power that isn't too messy once it dries!

yeah it does really match the color scheme well and I could see Shiz wielding a sword shaped like that...the longer, thin straight blade with the subtle curve to it and all

A friend of mine let me use the sword for the costume. Shiz only wields one sword and alternates between two daggers, so I didn't use both of Drizzt's swords.
