but I had to stop. It's too destructive.

it gets to a point where the pain from the cuts you don't feel because you build up a tolerance. I think the blood was just a sure sign I was letting something out and destroying a little piece of myself. I have quit but it's really hard and I think I will again at some point but for now I'm doing my best. I hope you get better too.
