Description
So I've been seeing a lot of people these days putting more and more effort into their OCs, and it really warms my heart. I just love it when people invest thought and energy into the designs and backstories of their OCs, which made me remember--I have an OC. So I thought I might scribble a little bit more about Flashie.

This is all subject to change quite a bit, as he's still in the developmental period where anything and everything is likely to shift to suit my fancy. I'll keep editing and adding and when I feel like he's somewhat done, I'll make some kind of journal entry about him.

He also looks disturbingly like Elsa from Frozen in this picture. I was going for smug and cocky but he looks...eugh. Just. Like. Her. Character-design wise, he's got a long way to go.

Name: Flash Freeze
Title/Occupation: Prince of Idiot Moves, Duke of Fancy Flirtatiousness, and also Princess Twilight's first student.
Gender: Male. Perhaps a bit more metrosexual than he will admit, though, as he's got an obsession with his mane.
Age: Unspecific, about Twilight's age when she first moved to Ponyville.
Species: Unicorn.

Height: Slightly taller and thicker than the average colt, around Shining Armor's height although he's nowhere near as broad.
Eye Color: Teal, but he'll say they're 'seafoam green'.
Coat Color: Light blue.
Mane Color: Very very bright white. Perhaps he bleaches it--he's quite fussy about his mane curl.

Cutie Mark: A dark blue snowflake surrounded by six white stars. He got it while playing with his friends in the summer, and due to a burst of magic, completely shifted the season to the dead of winter and got the whole town deluged in a blizzard.

Personality: Entirely too cheerful and corny, with a pickup line, impromptu catchphrase, or awful pun for any situation. Playful and likable, ponies often gravitate towards his charm and outgoing personality, especially fillies. He's a bit of a scatterbrain and rather a ditz, preferring to go out and party than sit inside and study. When he puts his mind to it, he is capable of wielding incredible magic and due to his gifts, often takes his own abilities for granted. A little flaky, and a bit silly, but mostly a good colt who likes to make other ponies happy, especially Princess Twilight. At his worst, he's insufferably smug and cocky, and ponies have accurately accused him of being rather a jerk. Thankfully, these moments don't last long.

Snow Blitz (Father)
Unnamed Sister #1 - #7 (Yes he has seven older sisters.)

Friends:
Crispy Bacon, resident guard pony who is horrible at her job but wonderful at life.
Princess Luna, whom he often meets with to go stargazing.
Dinky Hooves, a very old unicorn who was a friend of his mother's.
Everyone he meets.

Enemies:
Virtually no-one. (Yet.) Although most colts his age have some animosity towards him.

Strengths and Abilities:
-Is particularly gifted with late-night karaoke.
-Has quite the silver tongue when he puts his mind to it.
-Winter and ice magic is somewhat of a speciality of his, although all magic in general comes easily.

Weaknesses:
-A pretty filly.
-Sitting still and doing nothing will crush his soul.
-Acts long before thinking.
-Fails to grasp serious or mundane magic, preferring the flashier and more explosive kind. This leads to a secret fascination with darker brands of magic.
