Hey sorry for the late reply. I knew I wanted the design to revolve around speed & incorporate the tail having some semblance of sentience, so turning Victreebell sideways and making it streamlined for less air resistance made sense for it's design (I also thought it seemed more intimidating but that's for the viewer to decide).
