Description
This is a better design of my personal Gundam that is in my fan-fic. What I've done was I changed its wings design because some people have said that they looked too much like those of the Freedom gundam from the gundam seed series. I made its head look more like the Wing Zero custom's because in my fan-fic this gundam was another version of the Zero that was never found as it featured simular weapons and that it too transformed into a jet like craft. As part of its wings redesigned I based them off of a mecha called the WildFalken from the video game sreies Super Robot Wars OG.In this picture you have a much better view of its beam rifle/ buster rifle, and of it's shield too. Latter I plan to go over this in photoshop and make it look like the first battle from my fan-fic

well what I can suggest is taht look at other mobile suits and try to form your own idea's, also it helps if that mobile suit has a theme, does it fly?, is it fast?, does it have a lot of heavy weapons?
those are points that can build a good mobile suit, but for every good point about it, it needs to have a negative one, idea fast mobile suits tend to have light weapons, while heavily arms ones are more sluggish
just points to keep in mind while you working on it

typicle story plot, all gundam series does that, I was thinking of doing that to the Zero-Shadow, but thought against it, use other gundam series for referance, its all the same

well it was ment to be based off Zero, since it is for a fan-fic I'm writing, theres a story behind it, it was built near the same time the Zero was just in case it fell into the worng hands, then the 5 sceintiest would use this to counter it, since it was never used it was sealed in an old colony where the start of my fan-fic starts at

okay i dont mean to (overly) ofend but i think ya shouda gave it a more steardy aperence cause it looks a tad frail (just a tad) also if it was designed to counter wing zero shoudent be a tad more defencive to counter the buster rifle like i dont know bigger shield that meby was the bases for the fore the planet defencors that the scientists were forced to build for mercuiose or some thing

it was more ment to out manouver it, since its Z.E.R.O system is tied into the wing zero's system. so what ever the wing zero know the Zero-Shadow would know
so if you know what the zero system does then you can guess that the Zero-Shadow would be able the predict the zero's moves and aviod them and counter

yea it dose and not to mention if its zero systems tide into wing zeros dosent that present many problims like
1-the piolet would hafta control himself under the influence of 2 zero systems trying to destroy one another thus causing insanity or brain damage or both
2-whats keeping wing zeros pilot from hacking shadow (and thus its pilots brain) through its link to the wing

well the pilot would have to, since all data from the one zero would just been read as new imput being fed into it, so the two systems don't actually react to each other, think of it like hitchiking or reading over someone elses shoulder, the first zero system doesn't know of the second one reading its data and recording own with constant updats, and the second one only reads the first data as new data so only each pilot just has to deal with only one Zero system
and since it not a direct link that can be traced and only goes one way, and gundam wing was not big on brain hacking, you really can't hack a person's brain threw the link the two systems shared. but if someone did hook them up to be hackible then yes there is that posibilety
just think of it this way, think of it as your shadow, what ever you do your shadow does

well 1 just a single zero system can drive a pilot nuts so would'ent conecting ta too double the damage (that was my 1st point last message)
2 any wireless connection into a system can be back tract back too the original source system (ps if your saying that the scientists built in a cover device inta wing zero remember that catra built the one heero pilots from tha original schematics) if ya know how to hack like all the gundam pilots do also i said into the suit and then if he started to temper with the system into the pilot
also if the shadow feeds in the info from the shadow wouldent parts of the conected mind get transmited along to causing the
shadows pilot to eventually lose him self
not to mention conecting the zero systems sounds a bit overly complex and like you said cheap
a more realistic (and less cheap concept is that the shadow has been conected to the wings contol system which is then interperted by its zero system (or a count system i dont know called the shadow system ) that transmits the info into the users head causing them to know the next move a split second faster

yeah there is that chance that the secon pilot would experiance the same thoughts of the first pilot[ie Heero] but some times thats not a bad thing, yeah it is and it could have negative effects on the pilot
and thats the point its ment to know that split second before so it can counter, and since this is Heero were taling about his combat style was pretty simple when he had the zero[probly becasue of it] if there was one enemy he would charge right in with beam swords ready, if there was muiltible enemy then he would whipe them out with the buster rifle
but since this set up just in case the zero fell into the wrong hands then another mobile suit was there, and since my fan-fic takes place long after the wing series and into the seed desteny series[I figured it had to come after wing like its distance future]

ummmm several problums with wat you just said
1 if the pilot has peaces of another mind that might want somthing else (like since there fighting his death) woudent that make it imposable to fight since each mind would try to become dominent thus making the body randomly act on both mind impulses
2.another flaw with linking the zero systems is that there not realy contolling (exept when they go berserk the first time)them there just
influinsing them with personel truths and glimpses of the future so there just making there own decisions based on that information it also increases skill level and stuff
umm for one thing how the HELL can they be conected remember in seed mobile suits are brand new weapons strictly used as weaponsand sometimes eploration
while in wing theve been around for decades (almost century if you read the timeline)

1] yeah that might be the case, if the one mind stop for control then the other pilot would just kill him when he stopted
2]yes after the pilot learnd to deal with the system's control issue the pilot is just advised on what he could do based on what he wants and what is being told to him
well after endless walts all mobile suits were destroyed and any plans for them, so in the future there would be no evidance that they exisited there. and looking at how the every thing looked in wing and then got much more advace it looking seed there is that chance that seed came after wing in a new ara of mobile suits
again its a fan-fic in a alternate universe so it makes more sence that way

ummmmm actually infact the the mobile suits were not destroid in tiels impulse (a gundam wing manga story line taking place 15 years after endless walts in which the maramaya rebelion 15 years prier has forced the the reproducion of mobile suits
also there all based on the gundams (exept the oz ones) i havent read it (or found a copy yet)but i do know this the Wing Gundam Seraphim are equiped with the zero system 2.5 which features faster future sight and can force the pilot to fight (but their methods are still there own)

well if your intent on this story line could you at least use some aspects from it (for the sake of credibility like i don't know your character finds an ancient hanger with several seraphim's which he retro fit s into the shadow (makes more sense ya know)

well my character does find the Zero-Shadow in an old hanger that the colony he live in was build over, and I was playing with the idea of either having the earth alliance or zaft finds an abandon colony that has old mobile suits like the seraphim

hey heres an idea how boat instead of having it so that the scientists that built the gundams also built the shadow how bout the one who built the wing designing it to go on the 1st operation meteor but only finished 2/3 of the schematics when he realized that it wasn't a good idea to give something powerful enough to beat zero to anyone so he built the wing gundam instead and after he died the preventers found his schismatics and after the the marimaya rebellion they started building and used its zero system as base for the Lucifer's zero system 2.0 (like a 1.5) building it only after the lucifer went missing (just in case) but never finishing it ya know at 80 percent when mobile suit production ceased bla bla bla

well I can just add it into the story since it was never found I can, I have the epyon in it since that my sis' fav gundam[hers] so I can add the Lucifer and say it was found by a satelite and then found by Zaft since I have a new shape changing mobile suit for the earth allaince

heys thats how I figure it and the one that is found in my story, it was found a group of rebels and kind of retro fit into a gaia gundam prototype mainly epyon's torso, and head, the rest is the gaia

okay how bout you let it keeep its wings and call it gaia nightmare (not be confused with your gundam nightmare) also on a completly unrelated note have you ever thought of doing a comic with thecrazylittle-z in which your fave and oc gundams fight her fave and oc transformers
I ran it by her earlier and she said that it woudent be a fair fight cause apparently someone told her that mobile suits mobile suits are all 60feet tall and a maximum size transformer is only 30 feet you wouldn't have any thing ta do with that WOUlD YA
ps only the regenerate and destroy are any where close to 60 feet and i think there still smaller then that

I was gonna make a revied version of its wings so that it would fit with Gaia and I also forgot to mentiond that I was giving it the Kerberos BuCUE head[or heads I fotgot if I gave it all three]
and most gundams at least the wing gundams are on averge 16 meters tall from thier heads and down and that equels to about 60 feet so gundams are too big to fight transformers

oh i thought that they were 16 feet each and also you or your sis ever check how big the transformers actualy are is pretty sure there alot closer in height then ya all think also i think adding in those extra heads would be a mistake on the epyon gaia hybred (also meba the epyon shoud befound by junk tecs who have gaia parts on board its a more stable story line ya know)

well most transformers can even hold a human in thier hands, some are only a meter or two taller then humans, and since a gundam can carry a human in thier hands, there that much taller
yeah the three heads would be a mistake and it'll only have one kerberus head, also my sis it taking care of designing her gundam, and its gonna be called Gaia: War Hound
in the story it is found by a group of rebels who steal and use old parts of damaged mobile suits left over by the war so they are a group of junk techs

well first of try making the kerberus head(wierd spellin for Cerberus)its arm instead of a back unit component (since it did have 1 arm cut off by zero) and whats lil-z gaia gonna look like when shes done
also the the transformers who are the size of humans are called minicons i was talking about autobots and decepticons
and whats your new epyon/gaia thing gonna be called anyway (i was thinking about either epyon nightmare,epyon beast, epion devel (since the gaia legs would make it look like a devel whom is usually depicted with beast legs,gaia demon,or gaia nightmare

two the minicons are a seperate race acording to armada created by unicron each one alis its self with either one depending on the minicon
3 only 1 arm was severed by zero i was saying that that should be replaced by a kerbeus head instead of puting it on the back and i already know the legs are gaias and since they look like a beasts coupled with epyons wings it would look a little like the devil also its the sword arm that was cut off the remains theyfound woud still have the heat rod

its just the gaia with a bacue/cerberus head insted of that narrow wolf like head, its gonna have epyon style wings and with the paint scheem of epyon and not much more, for my story I'll give it the same system as epyon and it'll be made of the same matrial as eypon[don't ask how I'm not sure myself yet

well anyway if you're making it like that then it might be a good idea to instead of having it be made with parts of epyon to have it so that when its found they think its a heavily damaged new model from zaft and reverse engineer it
that way it would make more sense (cause with all tha damage it sustaind it would be easeir and cheaper it just make a new suit and steal the damn zero system from it) and it expains how its made out of Gundanium Alloy they just analyzed epyons armor after reading its data base and it refered to it in its on-board scematics and
maybe they found a message from zecks right before saying somthing like IF YOU FOUND THIS SUIT YOU MUST KNOW THAT IT HAS ON BOARD IT A TREMENDOUSLY DANGEROUS SYSTEM THAT MUST BE DE..OI... and it cuts off there ill continue telling you about my idea later

yea the referse engineering will make it sound better then repairing it, I don't know if I'm gonna use its system since I made my sister's character one of those people that the earth alliance experimented on, you know like the ones that piloted the earth alliance gundams and the stolen gaia, chaos, and abbes

maybe after they revers engineer it they down load the zero system into it cause they were pressed for time and couldent make a brand new op system and since the zero systems part of the operating system they had to download it too and maybe the extended activates it by accident during combat and since shed be nuts already shed be either become a drooling death beast forever or be made almost sain by the experience

well good idea I'll see what I can think of, as for her character she is the leader of the rebels that I call the Mechanist so she hides the fact that she is one of those 'biological CPU' that the Alliance made, so she pretty sane... by her standards so the zero system mght actually amke her more effective as a pilot then if she was in a normal mobile suit

yes and if ya think a bout it she would be the most effective with it cause heero was kinda an extended cause the guys who recruited him had him put through psyc training and mental after that incident with that girl and her dog to remove his emotions and increase his effectiveness like with what happened to the extended's
also since she has a trigger word to force her to retreat when she gets out of hand (they all do stella's was the idea of dying) that would make it easier to stop her when she dose the first time freak out hey maybe ya should have it so she dose have 1 or 2 people who know about her like there the ones who found her in a lab the rebels were raiding for stuff like medicine and stuff
and found her in a pile of slaughter doctors she was forced to kill when they tried to decommission her (which would kill her) cause she was deemed a failed attempt and thats what they do to those
one last thing why not give this new gaia a head rod and make it so that when its in mobile armor mode (wolf mode) its its tail

oh I plan to, the frist sign is when she is strugling for her medecation and states that its getting harder to keep it under control, and later she has a phyiscal attack where she coughs up blood and passes out
