Having grown up with his most fragile years at the hands of a family that despised him, Sava grew up being mostly bitter. However he never wanted to let them see that they got under his skin like they did his mother, therefore adapting to their expectations for years to remain on their good side. He learned to use words to keep himself on the safe side and live easier. Even after leaving the home he still never gained the ability to trust completely, making him cautious in the relationships he builds (Anya and Rayne being sole exceptions). He retained his usual superficial attitude to get what he wants and will selfishly make decisions to benefit himself only.
Because he is prideful, he works hard in his studies and performs with everything he’s got, which isn’t a bad thing, but that same pride can at times lead him to make bad decisions. Meaning he takes up jobs that pose too much risk or aims too high in personal goals (i.e drinking too much, stealing from the wrong person etc). Sava fails to let himself know when a task is too much for him as he often sees himself above others and would never want to act out of cowardice.
Being energetic and sociable for the day, alongside his usual work, has Sava struggling to manage his energies, therefore exhausting himself quickly. This results in afternoon naps and deep sleeps at night when he gets to it. His exhausted state, or when he is drunk, leaves him vulnerable and open to reveal a more true side to him. With a child-like demeanor he is likely to reveal his bitterness toward others but more importantly a loneliness stemming from a need to belong somewhere.

    Sava’s initial upbringing was quiet and humble. He lived in a small village in Amedra with his light elf mother, Rosario, human father, Antonio, and older half-brother. Memories of his father and brother were especially scarce as they were often out for work, but he remembers them as soft and loving, his brother a little more on the aloof side. For the most part Sava stayed at home with his vocal mother who burned in him a love for song.
    However one day his life took a turn for the worse when his Mother was greeted by his grandmother while his father and brother were out. On that day Sava learned one important detail: he wasn’t meant to exist. He found his mother was from a high esteemed light elf family living in Miras who had stressed to keep blood within their race. Yet she ran off to Amedra with a lover to start a family, using the excuse that she was studying overseas. Disgusted, his grandmother dragged Rosario back to their Miras home along with the child where she would be shamed and humiliated. Desperate, Rosario claimed she’d do anything so long as she wasn’t ostracized. Sava watched as his mother begged her relatives’ for forgiveness, her expression etched in his memories. Already angered by her disgrace to the family name, Sava’s grandmother decided to keep Rosario within the household to keep an eye on her and take her child as punishment. She agreed.
    After that Sava rarely saw his mother again. He knew he hated the family as much they hated him, but he also knew he couldn’t win against them. Sava did as he was told and pleased them in any way they wanted. He received quality education and etiquette as part of their delusional plan to erase his stain on their name. Wherein if he acts like a light elf and looks like a light elf, then he is a light elf. If ever not caught up to their expectations, harsh punishment was never too far behind. During his stay, the betrayal from his mother kept him going, wherein he swore to himself that he’d never let himself fall as low as she did. The initial help from housemaids was appreciated, but eventually he grew to see it as them looking down on him.
    After finding an affinity for healing through music, Sava’s tiring lifestyle soon led him to a rebellious phase where he skipped lessons and wandered the streets, assuming he wouldn’t be caught after how loyal he had been. He soon found a crowd of others around his age who would show him the perks of freedom on the streets. They also taught him to use his skills to please and distract crowds, earning him an appreciation for performance. Even if he didn’t feel like he truly belonged with them, being in the group gave him a sense of life again. Eventually being caught by a relative, Sava was dragged back to the home, like his mother was back then, making him realize he no longer wanted to be a part of whatever plans they had for him. As he was brought in to face his grandmother, Sava held no words or actions back, eventually starting a fight that would leave him with lasting injuries. He left the home soon after without regrets, taking little with him.
    The group he associated with rejected him after assuming he was just another rich elf looking down on them. While what they said wasn't completely untrue, he had no strength to try to convince them otherwise and left toward Amedra with the intention to find his father and brother again, failing however. Ending up with a life on the streets without his companions, Sava started anew, cozying up to others better off than him to give himself a start. Working his way into the hearts of other street groups, they eventually let him join them. They used his performances to distract crowds and allow for easier pick pocketing and his buffs for when they had other plans. On days where nights were too cold and he was without a night partner, he would begin to miss old days, but quickly shook the thoughts, telling himself he was better off.
    His routines continued until one day he crossed paths with Rayne, a soldier, whom he mistakenly tried to steal from. Although their rough start, they would eventually become friends and even partners in crime for some cases. Although it hurts his pride to admit he was caught, Sava is glad it was by Rayne’s hand. Even if it took some time, Rayne even began to trust Sava more, giving him a sense of leveling up.
    After Rayne had gotten his hands on the SS Pristis, he started to look for people to recruit. Though surprised, pleasantly, Sava was more than okay in becoming the official healer for the crew. Even if he still needed some practice in that aspect, he'd never let his pride say no to such an offer. He sailed with the rest of the SS Pristis crew carrying out tasks for employers. The sights he saw and connections he made assured him he was in the right place

Current: After being labeled as traitor, Emas was quickly to weave together glamours for the crew to recreate their image. At the same time, Rayne took advantage of Estraude's hospitality to upgrade their airship, furthering their disguise. Unable to truly call a place home quite yet, Sava finds himself closer to the crew than ever before.
