     'Geez what a waste this is such a useless class...' a teen thought. The male wore the standard male uniform for the high school a black blazer with blue lining, signifying he was a 1st year, 2nd year had red lining, and 3rd years had purple the standard black pants with dress shoes as well. His hair was a lighter shade of blue. 'Study Hall huh?' He thought as he looked around seeing many sleeping, some writing notes and a male, with silver hair mixed with some yellow, sitting in front of him reading. 'Hm? What is he reading?' He leaned over to see if he could see the cover. It was a manga that the male had heard of but...'Lucky Star? I thought that was a girl's manga...That guy is strange...' The other male looked back.'...and he sees me staring at his book.' He jolted up and looked around like nothing happened.

     He looked back on his desk and a Lucky Star Volume 1 was staring back at him. He looked up and the other male had turned back to reading. He picked it up and looked through the drawing style. 'This...actually looks pretty good...' He thought as he began reading it. The bell for the next period had rang but the blue haired individual looked like he was caught by the series. "So I take it that you like Lucky Star?" The male from before asked. The blue haired male sat up to speak to him but didn't take his finger from his place in the book. "Yeah it's doesn't really have the kind of plot that I would usually be interested in but I can't put it down...Oh I forgot, I'm Xain what's your name?" he asked. "Hey you remembered the proper way to ask people for their names Xain. I take it you don't remember me..." The male faked being hurt. "That hurts man..." He pointed to his where his heart is located. "Right here..." he said sniffling, before bursting out laughing. "Sorry man but I never could crack jokes around you so this is just build up from so many years." The male said. "Wow you talk a lot..." A feminine voice said from behind them. It was a girl,a little shorter than Xain, with a deep red mixed with ruby colored hair, she wore the standard female uniform for the school a long sleeved sailor uniform, similar to the ones from Azumanga Daioh. "I know the proper way to ask but since I know one of you already may I ask your name?" She turned to the 'unnamed' male. "Of course I can never refuse a girl! My name is Zenshi." He said with a wide grin. Xain's eyes shot wide.

"Z-z-zenshi?!"

     "I see you remember me." He grinned. Xain stood and stared Zenshi eye to eye. The red haired girl stepped back. 'Oh no I accidentally started a fight...way to go idiot...' The two males continued staring until Zenshi wrapped his arms around Xain. "Manhug!" He released the hug after a couple of seconds before they both started laughing. Zenshi and Xain stood with an arm on the others shoulder still laughing. All the while the girl stood in complete confusion. 'Wha-what just happened here?' she thought. She closed her eyes going over what just happened and her mental image was way more than just that hug she realized what she was thinking and had a deep blush. 'Gah! Cut that out!' She mentally scolded herself. She opened her eyes to see them staring at her. "Wha-what's wrong?" she asked. Zenshi and Xain looked at each other then to her.

     "You're a yaoi fan aren't you?" Zenshi asked never moving from his spot beside Xain. The girl's face heated up even more. "Zenshi don't ask her such stupid questions!" Xain fussed at him. 'Th-thanks Xain...' She thought. "Besides you already know the answer." Xain said grinning. She lowered her head to try and hide her blush. "Alright I'll stop so seriously what's your name." She looked up to see them still smiling but friendly smiles instead of the torturing ones from before. "It's...um Suri." She bowed. "Nice to meet you two."

     "Same here Suri-chan." Xain said. Zenshi looked up for a second before looking back at Suri with an idea. "Hey mind if I call you Suri-san?" he asked. "Oh no please -san makes me feel old..." She smiled. "Aww look at the moe..." Zenshi said staring at her smile. A girl with violet hair pulled back by a yellow hairband noticed the commotion. "What's with all the noise?" She asked herself looking up from her manga. When she saw Suri blushing in front of two guys she assumed the worst. "Hey what's going on over here?" she asked standing next to Suri. "We were talking." Xain said without looking up from the Lucky Star manga. "Hey isn't Lucky Star a manga for girls?" She asked. Zenshi's eye twitched. "Manga is made for enjoyment not sexism! Besides most of the good manga lately are girls' I read them all the time and technically Lucky Star is a shōnen." he said with a straight face. "Really?" The violet haired girl looked at him sarcastically. "Then you wouldn't mind telling me what your favorite character from a shōjo manga/anime is."

     "Does it have to be still going or completed?" he asked. "It doesn't matter. Just your favorite" She responded. "Well then hands down Ayumu Kasuga." he said crossing his arms and smiling. 'Wait he actually picked a character from a Shojo manga...I thought he was just some idiot who thought knowing that word made him an otaku...wait can't be sure just yet.' She thought. "Alright favorite male character..." She said. "Kyo." he replied instantly. "Oh and I would ask you your favorite characters but I can already tell your overall favorites." Zenshi said looking out the window. "Wha- No way." "Female: Haruhi Suzumiya, Male: Spike Spiegel." The girl jumped back. "Wha-but eh? How did- Am I on a hidden camera show?" She asked looking around for the camera. "You dare insult my knowledge as an Otaku?" Zenshi asked in a dramatic voice. "Heh?" She managed to get out before Zenshi answered her. "Two things. One the yellow hair band, The mainstay for Haruhi since starting the SOS Brigade. Of course when she was wearing something other than the school uniform she usually had the hairband on. Two I saw you writing during study hall one interesting thing I saw you write was 'Jericho 941' The name of Spike's gun on Cowboy Bebop. Not many know that only true fans." The female stood there speechless. No one had ever known so much more than her.

     "So, my name is Zenshi," he pointed to himself then to Xain. "That's Xain, and she is Suri." He finished pointing at her. He then turned and gave her a grin "So may we know your name?" She blushed at his smile but before it being seen she looked at the floor. "...It's Dem." Her view of the floor changed until she felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked to her left and Zenshi was staring at the floor right next to her. "So whatcha staring at? Is it cool? Did I miss it?" he asked looking on the floor around Xain's desk. 'Well he's eccentric to say the least.' Dem thought. Xain smiled at Zenshi who was telling a story to Dem and Suri using many hand movements causing even the tough exterior around Dem to break as she laughed with Suri. 'At least he's okay...now I can be there to help him if need be.' he thought as he turned to finish the manga.

     Their new homeroom teacher walked into the classroom. He was a younger male looked to be just out of College. He had yellow eyes and black hair. "Hello everyone I'm sorry about being late this is my first day here even though you guys are on your second." the man said as he scratched his head laughing. "So what happened to make you late more paper work to get done?" A student asked. "More like I got lost..." he looked down embarrassed. The class laughed. "Don't worry about it teach' we all screw up every now and then." Zenshi spoke up. "Thanks...um...I just realized I don't know anyone's names!" he said smacking his forehead. "...Some more than others..." Zenshi added as he walked up to the front of the room. "I'll help ya teach. I'm Zenshi don't worry about it."

     A knock came from the door the teacher opened it and greeted the principal standing next to a student. The class sat quietly as the teacher lead the student in. She was a smaller girl, shorter than Suri, with powder blue hair. She was looking around trying to look confident but her face was clearly timid. "Well time for introductions." The teacher said. "I'm Bane Ryoumi. Or Ryoumi-sensei for short." She nodded. "Do you want to introduce yourself?" "Y-yes..." She said turning to face the class. "M-my...name...is..." She looked down at the floor and her voice got quieter. Zenshi stood up and spoke. "Hey there! Welcome to our class! My name is Zenshi." He said with a big smile this got everyone's attention. The girl looked over to the outspoken one. Her fear felt like it was washed away. "Thank you...my name is Kai....very pleased to meet you." she said as she bowed. "Alright Kai-san welcome to my class and you aren't the only new one here. I just got transferred to this class." Ryoumi-sensei said. "Everyone you can have a little bit of free time I need to go get my stuff that I forgot." He said as he left the room.

     Instantly Kai felt herself be pulled to the group nearest the window. "So Kai-chan this is our group!" Zenshi said with pride. "When did we decide to join into a group?" Dem asked. Xain shrugged smiling. Suri looked at Kai. "Um Kai-chan did you skip any grades?" She asked. Kai looked over to her. "Oh I get that a lot I know I'm so small people think that I'm in Elementary School. but I'm actually 15." She said with a little embarrassed smile. Zenshi covered his eyes and fell back into his seat. "Gah too cute!" he said. She blushed and quickly tried to apologize. "I-I-I'm so sorry!" Zenshi slid his fingers apart and looked through them before pulling his hands away. "Kai-chan I was just messing with you. You take things too seriously." He said putting a hand on her shoulder. Kai's face grew a deep shade of red.
