Description To those struggling with mental health:
Whatever it is you will get over and out of that seemingly never-ending hole. If you need help don't be afraid to tell someone. Don't give up and don't let your flame in this world be darkened. We love you, I love you. Don't give up you're trying your hardest. Slow down. Take a breath and look around. You're loved by a person you don't know. If you don't have parents or friends who love you, remember always me. My chats are always open. Feel free to speak in the comment section or message me privately.

This is my service dog named Tigre, Spanish for Tiger.

He has helped me through so much. If it weren't for him I would've been dead a long time ago. He is not only an emotional support but a physical protection. He stops/prevents self harming whether it's scratching to cuts. But even then, he's just a dog. He can't always protect me. So when the door is closed and I'm alone with nothing but myself and my thoughts and it's been building up for a while, there's something that happens that he can't prevent.

The reason for my absence is because I recently came back from another visit to the Mental Hospital. The last time I was there for a month due to my SH and safety problems not only to my psyche but to my physical self as well. This time it was an ov_rd_se. I was hospitalized for days after being taken out of school in a stretcher into the back of an ambulance. I could've had a heart attack. My heart rate was 4x the normal rate. (I believe it was 140 something) When I was cleared medically I was transported in a cop car to a Mental facility.

I was just discharged mental health wise and when I got home my dog was extremely happy to see me. Every time I go there he refuses to eat and sometimes even move from the same place and is snappy with all the other animals we have. (Rescues and being adopted out) Tigre is more than a dog to me. He is a friend and a PERSON, even if he is an animal. He is a person to me and family. I love him very much and when he goes I don't know what I'll do without him but until then I won't let go of him.
