heh. T, get it? tea! Im just rubbish when it comes to titles...anyways, let's not forget about the Dursleys!! As horrible as they were, I thought the bit where Dudley said "I don't think he is a waste of space" (or something along those words) and the tea offering bit very touching and sweet. I even had tears in my eyes D8
I didn't make Dudley as fat as he might be. Coz when boys grow up and get taller, they stretch and just dun appear as heavy as they really weight...? AAhh...I have no idea what i just said. you guys can just ignore it all.
ps, the funny thing is, I was listening to "For Good" from Wicked. XD It felt so weird coz I suddenly had this feeling that Harry might have been the one who changed Dudley "for good." XDDD ooooookay, mb i should really shut up now.

As for fatness, Dudley by the seventh book was a big bulky beefcake with precious little fat. He was also the regional junior boxing champ.

From what I've heard, JK said that what truely made Dudley change was the Dementor's kiss. Since nothing truely tragic happened to him, he instead saw how much of a horrible child he was.

It seemed like at first, Harry had everyone against him, but as the years went by his petty enemies moved out the way to show the real monstrous villains he has to face. I like the way you captured him

I have this huge secret (not so secret) love from Dudley. He's someone that had his life changed so drastically and instead of just going back to what was commonplace and easy for him, he actually did something about it. Well I imagine he did. I hope he did.

That scene was pretty sad I didn't really give a crap about the other two (even if i the part where Petunia was having a crying fit over Dudders was funny to me) But I did find this super sweet. I like your design for him alot it really works. Great job, I love his expression!

I think it was really wonderful that JKR did that, it really said so much that Dudley wasn't going to grow up to be just like his parents and that he really had learned something from Harry...
Even though Petunia didn't really do anything, the fact that she paused and /tried/ to say something to Harry before leaving the house sort of meant something too, I think.
I know what you mean about boys stretching as they grow :] I think it was a good decision to draw Dudley the way you did.

Commenting on Dudley's body shape: I think it's appropriate
JKR said that Dudley's worst memory that the dementors from Order of the Phoenix caused him to see was seeing himself for what he really was. Also, he had been on somewhat of a diet since book four (at least, we can hope the diet continued!)
I don't recall Deathly Hallows actually saying anything about Dudley's weight.. and if not (I may have just missed it), it'd be the only one that didn't - that could be significant!

Yup yup, DH did mention his weight.. instead of "fat" "piglike" or "the size of a baby killer whale" (as Harry so lovingly puts it... 
I like this a lot.. especially his stance, how you can tell he's nervous. The guy has been caught between his parents, his cousin, his friends, his weight issues.... no wonder he's had problems with himself. I was just glad he took the iniative to apologise (in that Dudley way) and actually be human. He was one of the only ones in the series to do so. ;/

That was my favoriete scene too! i was kinda suprised to be honest he was silent ever since Harry saved his life, but it truely was sweet even Harry blushes and smiled when he stood up for him.
