Description
It's been about a whole quarter, but I've been able to scrounge up something for your enjoyment. I don't have time to make a proper photo and clean it up for you guys, so this will have to do. You can see a wee bit of my "studio", too.

The picture is of the Pokemon Mew and Mewtwo battling. I tried to represent their mindsets and personalities through the techniques I used to paint them and their auras. Mewtwo is the colder and more logical one of the two so he gets a blue aura while Mew gets a red one because of his impulsiveness. Also notice the smoothness of the strokes used to make Mew's aura vs. the jaggedness of Mewtwo's aura, representing the raw power of his being.

Oil on canvas, maybe a dozen hours.
