I really like this loli cat girl, Koichi-Sama. The blue and purple color scheme fit really well together. It works even better because of the blending of shadows that you do on her skin and bathing suit. I think, maybe, the tail might look more 3 dimensional without the light outline of pinkish-purple. I know you have the same outline over the rest of the figure, but the darkness of the tail creates more contrast than is needed, thus flattening out that part of the image.
Also, kudos on the eyebrows.
