Today wasn't his birthday, so why the mad rush to give him a present? Two mayhaps, tie yourselves up with a blue and red bow, god knows Ishida would argue over his colors.

With lace and frills and, Renji was staring him down with quite a puppydog expression, Ichigo's hand shot out to smack him right dab on the shoulder as he grinned. "It's okay, I'll teach you how."

Ishida's hand showed up to press against his lower lip and he closed his mouth right up. It was at this ideal moment, that Rukia remembered she had a bargain to strike with Renji over how to open the newest soft drink. All was at a loss for words.

"Damn."
