Description While in Japan this past summer, I finally picked up the first three volumes of Kekkaishi so that I could have something to read on the plane ride home. Aaaaand...I looooved it~! So, I went and read some chapters in the Shounen Sunday (and have up to volume 5 in the manga now, too), and eventually, that lead to getting the anime.

A couple weeks ago, Komiko came over and after a long time of deciding, we decided to start Kekkaishi together. And, now, she's hooked, too! (of course, we are two episodes away from 38 which she is gonna hate! ahahah~!).

But, thus, I wanted to draw these guys~! I now kinda regret not drawing Souji though...he's become one of my faves XD (I still love Gen lots though! and who can't love Yoshi?)

oh man, when I was watching the anime with a friend...I had already read the manga, so I knew to expect it, but she didn't and she screamed...so loud...my mother actually came downstairs and asked what I was doing to her, lol

XD oh my gosh my sister just bought me this print at otakon, I was sooo happy when she brought it home to me!! I love this picture I have laying next to me right now, kekkaishi is truly such a huge part of my life now and it makes me happy other people love it to. lol, yeah, I went there twice to study, over the summer. Both times, I was in Gumyo/Tougane area, which is about half an hour or so from Chiba. I also got to go to both Chiba and Tokyo a couple times, and I even went to Kamogawa, but I didn't have much time to travel...it was generally school-related XD

no, I went through a college program over there. My school didn't offer things like that, though the school in Japan I went to did, but I set it up all myself, and they helped me with room and board and all that. Even with the scholarship though, it wasn't cheap..XD
