Talk about inspiration, is inspiring!I've always admired his skills, especially the way he creates the linearts. He draws them like they were, in themselves, finished works of art. No colour needed at all.
And what's not to like about his equine character, Hoze? So, mix both up for a tribute to Ryuu and his skills, plus a great way to flex my artistic muscles (as I lack Hoze's guns).

I, personally, would immediately say "yes". Problem is, the pic is a gift to the person who owns the character. Why don't you ask him if you can colour it? He's and he's a hell of a guy.
If he says yes, I would be honoured if you coloured my Hoze pic!

Oh my GOD! Gosh, you do have improvement, and first time I see you drawing horse, man! This one looks really like a though one
