Here's some additional information about it which, you may not quite have read:

WHAT IS A DD (OR, DAILY DEVIATION) ?
A DD is special recognition DeviantArt awards daily, to a few carefully selected members whom they feel their artwork should be brought to the attention of the community at large. It's a very high (and coveted) honor. ! ^^ Chosen deviations stay 'featured' for an entire 24 hours, and additionally, receive a banner of recognition under the chosen artwork stating it is a Daily Deviation; said banner stays permanently in place under that artwork.
Did you know that anyone can suggest a daily deviation?  If you see a wonderful work - or gallery, which you feel worthy, and that you think others might enjoy as well, just make your suggestion to the appropriate CV (community volunteer), shown in the link below, who handles it. Additionally, one can also suggest one's own work to be featured. In fact, DeviantArt encourages we do so; for who better than one's self, to promote one's own artwork? And many self suggestions have indeed been selected.

And for all the criticism over fillers and troubled planning, it was a good thing it ran as long as it did.

I'll admit that when Naruto got its real foothold in the West, in 2005 or so, that was when I gradually left the mainstream anime community. The general shonen fandom already was volatile, but with the sudden huge influx of very young Naruto-exclusive fans it got increasingly obnoxious, and then with fandoms like Bleach squeezing older action shows like Ranma and Inuyasha into the perhiphery there had to be a generational change. But now soon fifteen years later, the few dedicated fans I run into - now in their early to mid-thirties, having stuck around through thick and thin and survived all the phases - are almost invariably some of the kindest, most thorough people I've met.
I guess you can't avoid growing as a person if you're serious about becoming hokage.
