this is my entry to Sarilain s DTA fluffbit
omigosh they are just so cute im in love ; A; <3 <3
the colors dont look exactly the same anymore after they passed through my style ehehe > v >
this took a while to get done. a total of 7 hours of drawing plus detailed animation in photoshop
i think i made it by the deadline >o<
but totally worth it the fluffbits are so cute <3<3

hi, sorry for the (very) late reply!
i looked at your commission journal and it is definitely not expensive!
(if anyone tells you to lower your prices, say no)
im not sure how long you take to make each of these,
so its hard for me to estimate a time, but usually,
its best to sell your art at (at least) the minimum wage.
usually you use the US minimum wage.
for example, if you took 6 hours, and assuming the min wage is 10$,
then you should charge 60$. if you took 10 hours, then either charge more,
or practice to draw faster.
what i can say is that your animated chibis are really adorable, so you will definitely find customers!
if you dont get any customers, dont be discouraged.
it would mostly because not enough ppl has seen it, not because it is expensive or bad.
(i really think those are quality chibis!)
but usually only less than 10% of your watchers are active.
and even less people will spend money on anything (so its around 1% of your watchers).
you have 55 watchers right now, so 1% of 55 is 0.5 people who might be interested.
so you will need to advertise (if ppl dont see your info, then they wouldnt know about it)
advertise A LOT. submit to groups, send people llamas and all.

yes, you need to consider yourself a professional!
because your art takes more effort and learning time
than someone working at a fast food store,
and thus should be awarded accordingly
(or else it might be better to just find a random small job).
you should have a journal or something with samples,
prices and all tho, otherwise it will be extremely difficult for
people who are interested to know about it
(or people who are interested might be too lazy to find out)
