The rough texture and faded/blurred edges give it the feel of an oil painting, but something about the clarity of the facial features of the (particularly gorgeous) subject give it the sense of being photographic.
Those traits combined with that church in the b/g really give it an eerie feel. Nice work!

ok.... this has a bit of blur in it... why do I mention that outright??? because I love it, artful blurring can be a truly wonderful thing, and I think in this case that is exactally what it is. The use of background adds a cool atmostphere as well. Thanx for posting it!
