...hey, shut up, I needed to take a break from getting my tail handed to me by Sephiroth for the upteenth time. Damn you for not letting me use Drives, you damn cheat!Oh and FYI, I'm aware that this is about as clever an idea as pairing Axel and Roxas. Bah to you. and hey, it gave me the excuse to pull out my old 'How To Draw The Lion King' book and Google up cheetah photos.

And yeah, pretty much with you there as well (re: Riku as a cheetah). The way I see it, Donald and Goofy weren't made lions, so there's no logic for why every single one of them would be turned into a lion if they were in the Pridelands. And cheetahs are awesome, soooo.

Yeah, that's my logic too. It'd be boring if they were just all lions! Not to mention the elegant, stealthy and lithe cheetah just works better for Riku than a lion would.
Cheetahs are amazing. They're my favorite big cat alongside cougars.

Dangit, everyone can do Disney style but me.... :/ He's gorgeous! I lurve cheetahs, have no clue who you're talking about and only barely know what game you're playing, due to me not having a console.

I cheeeeeeated, I used reference to the TLK version of a cheetah (it was in the book!) and played around with that.
For the record, the game in question is Kingdom Hearts 2 and Riku there would be the rival/best friend to Sora, the protagonist. At one point in the game you get to visit the Lion King world (Pride Land) and are turned into an adorable dark-furred lion cub. This would be me doing a 'what if?' with his friend if he were ever in Simba's neck of the woods...err, savannah ^^

oh and if you'd like some help with Sephy, it's best to be at level 90-99...which isn't too hard to get to if you battle Nobodies from Nothing's Call all the way to the top of the tower, just don't fight Ansem

you should also get your Ultima Weapon and/or Final Form Drive....i didn't get my final drive ;_; dunno why, but i had the Ultima Weapon and then beating Sephy was a cakewalk XD just heal and use your Trinity

Thanks! Current plan is to stick to tradition (as in, the first game) and try to own the jerk with just Oblivion. Final Form, though, that I'm- gonna be gettin', yesh (well, already do and got Glide as my Growth ability to boot!). I'm currently in my 70s...aaaand last time it was at around 84. Meethinks THAT tradition'sd living on, too O_o
So just to be on the safe side, you mean lion Sora and cheetah Riku together as in platonic friendship or the kind half the internet tends to favor? >_>

Too right! I like a bit of subtext in my games as much as the next gal, but sometimes it can be too much. It's getting to the point where I wonder if there's even such a thing as heterosexual KH pairings in picture form in the internet!
Back to the idea, though...*tempting*. Even have a scenario playing in my head already.
