Overall, a good composition. I would suggest using Soviet-like font without actual Cyrillic[Russian] letters - it would get the same point across without confusing us who read in Russian (a little)

How is purchasing an AK47 connected with stopping "terrorrism"?

Because then non-terrorists would have something capable of actually fighting terrorists (who already have AK-47s).
...but what do these big countries do instead? Pay millions for high-tech weapons that break if they get dirty, wet, hot, hurt feelings, etc.

Haha, well i actually have now clue, i was just doing a quick test run in photoshop (this is when i first got PS). But i guess that if everyone that wasn't a terrorist bought a few Kalashnikovs then there would be none left for the terrorists!

The only advice that I can give is to learn how seam your images together better. I like the overall message, but it lacks flow because the image itself is granulated.
You can see where certain facets of the image were added and the consistency of effects on the rifle itself is obvious without really looking at it too hard.
It's a great first attempt, but you just need to polish it up.

sorry if i sound like an idiot here but what do you mean by "consistency of effects"? Just to justify anything you found wrong, i don't usually do this stuff, I'm a computer programmer :-P haha.

You use this grainy, inky type thing on everything on the rifle, except for its barrel. It just makes it stick out more against the background.
I tried it once too, but I'm a writer, man .:]

Oh, lol, didn't even notice that that filter didn't get the barrel that well. I guess i should double check my images before i post them, ha. Maybe i'll stick to programming
