Well, I have been enchanted by the art style of [link] this past few weeks, and to I thought I would try to do an homage to her with this piece. I used a lot of new (to me) techniques here, and tried to paint with a more reckless abandon like Katarina does...I know I did something different than I usually do, but is it like my inspiration? Maybe not so much, but this was a great exercise to get me to do something differently. Thanks Katarina for your support and inspiring work!

Thanks! I wanted it to look like natural media, and so I messed around with a few different brushes, and a few little splatters. I like grunge.
