Peridot has no idea how Valentine convinced them to come on this particular adventure, they hate getting dirty and the swamp water of all things is not where they want to be.
Unfortunately, avoiding the water by climbing all over the logs may anger some certain Smeasyls that live there.
Valentine on the other hand is having the time of his life.
Yayy! I'm so excited to have finally drawn these two babies together xx Hopefully the start of many adventures with Peri and Val <3 !
Also i really enjoyed creating this background, it was something quick and fun to use and gave the opportunity to really experiment with shading!
I wasn't really sure where the Smeasyls would live, but a swamp forest is as good a guess as any. Peri will pay for their vanity, ;3;
