This is my version of Aphrodite IX. as you can see, it's not entirely finished yet. still on it's pencilled (looks more like a detailed sketch, really...), I couldn't help myself posting it already (I get excited easily... teehee)!Have you noticed it now? Yes, dear friends, I'm an avid follower of Top Cow productions! In my opinion, they have the best artists in the industry. I'd give my life if could draw like Dave Finch! And then there's Michael Turner who, (I discovered this just recently...) draws so damn good, he doesn''t need to ink his work (maybe he just doesn't trust inkers so well?)!
anyways, like I said earlier, it ain't finished yet. I'll be posting the finished piece, so keep yΓ©r heads up! Back to the drawing board!

I think you're referring to Sir Michael Turner. Yes, I kinda adopted the way he draws the eyes. well.. eherm.. the entire face, actually...

np. After all its fun to write comments when the art's good. Turner... Hm... Can't really say that I know the name but maybe if you could tell me the name of a comic/chapter/chara he drew it would be easier.

Turner did Witchblade, and then created Fathom later on. If you're a DC fan, you might want to check the covers for Justice League of America. He also did Superman/Batman, the story where they introduced Supergirl which later on was released with her own title... geez... am I a geek or what?ToT

Now it's clear from where I knew the style. I'm constantly arguing with my budget if I can afford the Fathom volumes. Those Wings!!! 
@geek: Don't worry, every one of us is. Just ask me something 'bout Kingdom Hearts or Final Fantasy 7 and I'll know the answer. Not 100% but I'd say 92%. And those things I don't know I can find within minutes. *ggg* Oh, and I believe you could ask me 'bout almost every manga on the market and I know at least something bout it. *gg*

And I don't know a lot of Witchblade since I never read it. I just love the artworks (Deeetttaaaiiillllssss OxO ). Sry.
And jep, totaly manga addict. Couldn't live without. *gg* And I would say if I would not have my manga/game/anime/toy-Collection, there would be nothing in my flat but the bed.

And I really didn't know that there was a Manga from Witchblade! I have to find that one!
The story so far sounds a bit clishΓ©e but since this is just the beginning you never know how it might unfold. But I have to say that I don't know a lot about the original story either... Just that the main character's a female police officer and the guy with the witchblade-armor-like thing's a millionary. I think she got the witchblade because it was a legacy but I'm not sure about that one... Care to fill my blanks here? *gg*
