Heart Throb is what we call a hopeless romantic.
She loves everyone and can pine like an absolute beast, having had a crush on damn near half the town. Admittedly a many of her crushes are just that: a crush. A twitter patted pool of schoolgirl emotions that can flee as quickly as it arrived. But even after a crush fades, she remains close to the pony with a strong platonic relationship.

Many of her views on love tends to come from an absolute obsession of schmoopy romance comics, so her viewpoint is rather simplistic and, at times, somewhat warped in a fantasy world of running into your crush while late to scool and shoujo background bubbles. Yet despite this, Heart Throb does mean well.
