Sooo, I was too lazy to do homework color this properly, so I cell shaded it :I I need to learn more cell shading techniques obviously.--oh it seems that koolit has designed a new character?

grrr, I'm not sure. Most likely he's not going to have a Voicebank anytime soon. but--
He was actually just some doodle. And I colored him.
Though, ... I don't think these will be the final colors. I don't know. What do you guys think? /flails

your cell shading is getting better :> Its a little less blocky than before, but there are still very square or incomplete areas too. but you stick with light-sourcing, and it looks good that way

Just for colors--maybe using one more color, like blue or red, somewhere would make it less boring? But I haven't seen his lower half so...

I'll try adding another color in the future if I draw him again xD I was trying to find some color to work, (like the the white parts of the shirt) but nope, didn't work. I'm not very good at color combos.... =u=
