Model = NevaehLleh [link]The concept behind this image is taken out of context as this is really an outtake from my series "Man's Inhumanity to Man". The image that will be in the gallery show depicts Mother Superior raping a 1/2 naked school girl with a large crucifix and that can't be shown on DeviantArt. Mixing nudity with the crucifix is meant to depict a sexual connotation with Christianity and you can take that to mean the church is screwing you in the ass or that Catholic priests rape their young parishioners or that evil is done in the name of God or whatever else you can think of. You can also take this to mean that by desecrating Christ with a naked nun that I am questioning what Christianity is all about.
For all you Christians out there I am not saying that your beliefs are wrong, just think about what you believe in and question authority.
I normally don't try to rationalize or intellectualize my images but just present them as what they are, images. So whatever you think this picture means is just fine by me.

I am luck I get to work with models like NeveahLleh, Merrick, Art Heart, Model Sarah, Kelsey, Siam, Zinn Starr, Kissia, Nettie R. Harris, etc. etc. But you have to do the work to get the respect, a Catch 22 if you will, because you can't get the respect without the work. I'm also lucky that I've been doing this 35 years so I've done the work (many times over.) I also write down my ideas and concepts so that I can share them with others (I've written a few treatments and proposals in my time) and that helps me articulate what the shoot is about to the models. And it never hurts to pay them.
