The humor here is quite rich, improved with the needed inking and additional shading and "colouring" added to the panels, really making the more visual gags stand out better, as well as on their own. But then, the verbal humor was no slouch. I certainly chuckled at how the koopa troopah (I'm from Maine, most things that end in -er will be pronounced as -ah >.> It happens in writing too) put such emphasis on "black magic rituals". The facial expressions, as well as the cartoonish animations of the energy drink, made my grin widen. This is a significant improvement to a comic I enjoyed, but I admit that straining my eyes to really see these details before did sort of sour the experience. *blush* Sorry. Like I said, I always enjoyed the comic, but touching it up like this really helped the reading experience *ulps and readies himself for another magic electric attack, wincing*
