Oh man, I wish I could draw dragons like you.... D: *can only draw medieval Yu-Gi-Oh style dragons* The whole pic is so pretty, and I love how I can sense a slight wind coming from the left. 8D The eyes and hair are really shiny, too! (The dragon looks very very alive! γ

GAAAHHH This is very beautiful!
The colours are respective of the New Year Celebration tones, yet deeper and makes for a more enriched flavour with enough warm substance. The OC is charmingly cute with a soft expression with a soft, lithe figure, as reflected in her light yet smooth arms, rich dark-jade hair and gorgeous emerald eyes. Her costume ensemble evokes a more antique approach (Song-Era HanFu/Asian prototypical dress instead of form-fitting modern QiPao) with a floatingly flowing flavour, and silky (or plastic?) quasi-transparent sleeves add to the overall wholesome flavour with its rich pinks melding with the soft skin-tone.
The dragon is powerful in its exuberant with blunter edges and horns, yet carries a bold yet gentle aura about it, adding to the overall friendly atmosphere. Golden fur and nails(!) further add to the slick material feel, and all this is realized with your crisp, firm linework. The thematic background with its golden symbol details also shows skillful layering and drawing on your behalf.
Anyways, this is a gorgeous OC art; clear, smooth forms harmonized with jewel-like luminous colours. Thank You So Much for this, Happy Lunar New Year!

Take your words back right now! The dragon is amazingly drawn. I love the colours you used and the way you drew the girl, esecially her eyes- they really caught my attention.
Have a wonderful Chinese New Year!
