Description working on the film and looking through my friend's book of Alphonse Mucha stuff. it was bound to happen.
trying Urna Orion out in an art nouveau style. not actually animating her like this, but i had fun.

Awesome gesture, not too fond of the eyes though.. Not sure what it is.. I think it has something to do with the whites of her eyes.. Makes them look a little off.. I wish I could put my finger on it in order to be more helpful..

Absolutely beautiful work.
Love her flowing posture, her curvy form, and the composition, those ornaments that bind the picture.
Somehow so simple, yet still so amazingly beautiful and enchanting.

Rock. There are few people in this world I would entrust to play with the works of Mucha... and you're so one of them. Now you just got to add the curvaceous, superfluous border around her.

Her ankle definately looks like it is going to snap any second, but it's really good. xDD

See? Scanner = friend....... I really like the colors on this one, and the line quality really compliments your choice of hues. Those smaller lines denoting folds and form really go well with the fatter, chunkier lines. The shapes are also really catchy, with the bg sort of mimicking the hair ringlets. The color on the hair really grades very well, with the lighter end setting up an almost underlit feel to the whole thing. Really nice; gritty and smooth at the same time (sounds like an add for alchohol). The thighs are well placed, and I think her legs really set up a nice feel of weight distribution, which adds to the overall pose you have here (not static, but feeling very dynamic). One thing I would mention is just keep an eye on how facial features look in lieu of each other (placement of eyes to one another, and how these are angled in connection with the mouth or nose, etc). You've got some really solid skills, and a good sense of how thick or thin to make your lines. Your color sensibility is really cool too. Good stuff.

thank ye much! i'm glad the legs worked out. i've been having trouble with legs lately and they were kind of added here as an afterthought.

i know what you mean about facial features. that's one of my weak points and i've been trying to crack down on it lately.
