I agree with ox-of-ice, I love the way the tails look like a skirt on the preview. Excellent kestrel, love the feathering on the wings.

I hadn’t passed comment up until now as I’d wished for a chance to write freely so to speak, and thankfully a small amount of time has presented itself, as the thoughts were getting hard to contain. ^v^;

Simply put, through lack of any better terminology, “Wow.” If it may but be said, ‘most every aspect of the piece is nothing short of amazing. From the shape and form of both Kestrel and Kitsune, to the amount of detail that has been worked into it; the barred feathers even down to the Oakwood motif impressed into the glove.

If also it may be said about Silver, ‘tis the most auspicious rendition of any kitsune that I can claim having seen in an extremely long while. It seems and flows as a *kitsune* as opposed to just a fox with an extra tail or two “stuck on the back” so to speak. The texture of the fur, and indeed notably the tails is beautifully done.

The interaction between Kestrel and Kitsune is also a sight to behold, with the subtle posture and expression there in the slight tilt of the muzzle, there’s just something about this piece that feels “complete” so to speak.

In short? I think even the bounds of my imagination on what to hope for have far been surpassed by your artistry. In my eyes at least, it is nothing short of beauteous. Thank'ee.

Your back!! Definatley must say that this has got to be one of your best colouring to date! Especially the tails and head they look awefully realistic. Very well done Korrok. I can only hope I learn to be as good as you with pencils.

I really don't know what to say. It's beautiful.

Unlike most people who draw kitsunes, you've managed to make the tails look like a part of the body. The pose is almost like poetry, and the intricate detail of the kestral is a testament to your skill.

Holy crap, Korrok! That's gorgeous! The texturing looks even cleaner than it usually does, the musclature is fantastic, and it's just so... Amazing to look at! I can't help but adore this. A definite +fav!

I'm liking the slight head tilt on the vixen. The way the tails look like a skirt is lovely too - marvelous fur effect.
