Wow, that's beautifully done.
I like maned wolves because they are wolves and have many characteristics of a fox.
For instance; They live/hunt alone, during morning & dusk,similar fur and similar diet!
(sry, I know too many random facts and sometimes load them of onto people.. ^_^ LOL)

The pose is so nice. You obviosly know a lot about canine anatomy. It's unusual to see drawings of the maned wolf. This is a treat indeed!

ooo, i love the combination of light colors and the pencil strokes. The detailing on the face also gives a feel for the animal's natural expression :3

I think I saw a maned wolf plushie at the local Zoo here in Colorado, but I don't remember. It's been a while since I've been there, so I can't remember. I'll look next time I go down there. :>

Yeah, the maned wolf lives in South America. It's also known as a stilt legged fox occasionally here, though I don't doubt it's known by a different name locally.
