Ño're is no highbeing, but he's certainly on his way there.

he is not in the symbol lineup to represent any schools of magic or highbeing status,

but he is here to present an example of users of multiple magics and how they can combine to form 'new' types of magic.

the shown symbols are Temna (wind/spirit) and Amah (psyche/mind). he uses these to bend the will of those who look into his eyes, to do his bidding.

this may range from immobilising prey to more sinister practices.
