Description

Another attempt to catch up on some Star Wars characters from our recent Dark Times campaign - this time featuring our Jedi character, Nevil Andu, and one of the party's greatest foes - Imperial agent (and later treacherous warlord) Baradan Vorn. In this case during their final encounter (which would lead to the deaths of both of them, but would also save the world of Braxis IV from Vorn's dark ambitions).

In terms of character design, I tried to stick close to the description that I was given for Nevil (short, dark skin, does not dress like a Jedi) and what I remembered from his stats (despite ending up embracing the Juyo fighting style, Nevil used a Makashi style lightsaber hilt...which didn't really come out well here). For Vorn, he was the descendant of an ancient offset of the Sith that had long since descended into obscurity on an Outer Rim world - his armor bears some hallmarks of their primitive nature, such as the bone decorations, and his lightsaber possesses a burning blade due to the impure crystals that are all that his people are still able to produce. Both Baradan and Nevil were powerful telekinetics as well (in fact I believe it was Force powers that ended their last duel, not the lightsabers) so I tried to reference that as well (which I think worked out a little better for Vorn than for Nevil). And between them waits the Sword of Vorn, an ancient Sith artifact that contained the spirit of the Sith Lord that founded Baradan's line (and through which he hoped he could gain the power to challenge the Empire for their freedom).

Honestly, I could have kept working on this for some time, but I want to work on other stuff, so I'm closing it off here (for now). I have one more Star Wars PC to work on, and I'm hoping I haven't exhausted my inspiration before I can finish up...
