Another practice.I'm close to the ideal eye style.
It took me a little longer than I would like, but I found the result satisfactory, if I may say so.
Gonna draw her more in future.
Drawing with a mouse is soooooo tiring . Can't draw exactly as I would like it.
Too bad I can't I buy a tablet for now, since I'm unemployed *cries like a baby*

Oh my god you drew this with a mouse?! This is even more amazing! I used to draw with a mouse too, I know the struggle, it sucks. But you got a great result from drawing that way. The shiny hair looks really nice!

It's tiring indeed, but it's worth and as long as I can draw only with a mouse, I can learn more and practice.

She looks quite nice, and her hair is greatly shiny ^^. I also like her eyes - although I have the feeling that her eyelashes are either too light (and should be darker), or may miss some highlighting - but that is up to you 
For "mouse-only" this is quite impressive - I still know my pre-tablet drawings, and it just needed far longer. Unless one would use vector-graphics ^^

About the eyelashes, you're right, I usually don't make highlights and I need to practice it more.
Drawing only with a mouse is really difficult, although there are artists who draw very well using it.
