So this image is for Sonic the Hedgehog 2,which introduces Tails. in this game Robotnik begins constructing an armored space station (The Death Egg), for the means of world domination.For this picture I tried to do a picture that has a bit of a narrative...well as best I can, much like a B-movie poster from the 70's
If you're curious about [Iva] Robotnik's design, yes her goggles are designed to look as if one eye is half open giving her
