Y'know ... Ayano's parents' story ended with Ryoba's getting her senpai. It took Ayano ending up, I think, heartbroken over her senpai, to be able to learn what love truly is.
The curse of the Aishi family is, their emotions wake up, upon learning to lust, but when they focus all their "love" on the person the want most, they neglect their other emotions in favor of their pursuit over their "love". So Budo helped Ayano, I imagine from seeing this drawing, into helping her understand what her "love" wa,s was really lust, and she grew to truly love him. I'd think her dad would be proud she didn't end up like her mother ... if only that she didn't kidnap and make the object of her lustful desires "love" her back through Stockholm syndrome.
