how exactly do you draw with a pencil and color digitally? Is there a program you could direct me to? I have a drawing tablet but i still draw better on paper...

After drawing it, you can scan it and color it digitally. I use Photoshop (you can get cs2 for free on the adobe website [link] ), but you can use many other programs as well.
