So did Pinkie Pie get turned into an Evil Enchantress™ by the poison joke and now she's wielding its power to subdue and tickle her friends? Oh no!

I love the mares' various reactions as they try to escape, plus Angel's fierce biting as he tries to free stunned Fluttershy. Twilight's rational concentration seems to be helping a bit too. Dash looks almost resigned to be stuck, but perhaps the vines were smart to make sure to get a good grip on her first of all. Angry Rarity is fantastic, and bouncy Pinkie Pie (whether she really is part of the problem or just managed to evade capture) is looks terrifically bouncy. From Applejack's pose it seems like she's doing a decent job of staying free, plus maybe she can even use her lassoing skills to turn the vines against themselves.
