Yes, Sombra was a little bit of a let down, especially if compared to villains like Discord and Chrysalis. (Thought it's understandable in the context of the story and the 44 minute time limit)

Not sure if intentional, but I see some Sombra influence in her! Especially in her eye aura and the red-and-black colors (granted those were the Alicorn Amulet's original colors to begin with). Awesome

Now that I think about it, there are A LOT of similarities between the amulet and the one ring...
Why didn't I realize this sooner?? I feel so stupid now. >_<

Also, she looks so extremely badass right now, I doubt even Sauron's armour could make her look more evil.
But just in case, you should totally draw the armour too...
