I like how you've set it out so that the descriptive words have characters that spread out, as if you were trying to portray the ferocity of it and the extent of it as well, I guess.
It's pretty cool how they parallel each other and so they seem to work in conjunction with each other, if that makes sense?
It's great how you've personified them, anyway.
