Walking the trenches of the Dark Side, finding the door back to the light, Lord Vader had a very dark and interesting journey during his lifetime. This portrait is intended to capture his darkness while showing the sorrow that brought it forth...as best one can with an entirely face and body. Likely around 10 hours worth of drawing, and a couple more added for lighting and effects, I present "Vader". Drawn on a 24x36 canvas size in Manga Studio and finalized using Photoshop.
