Great Impression.
Is that painted or a collage of coloured paper?
How did you get the complex lighting like this?

Glad you find it interesting.

It is photographs of colored tissue paper, twisted and folded. This particular one is a composite of a couple of images. The lighting is a very low power fluorescent.
