If this weren’t fractal animation, I’d certainly think it would be a bizarre flyby over one of the many major cities of the world. It’s a rather interesting, surreal sort of concept, to be able to fly over the city and see nothing but grey skyscrapers and office buildings float past. It could be a metropolis built out of other metropolises (somehow that’s a word… )

I have to be impressed with the amount of effort it must’ve took to get each particle working just right, especially seeing how wide-reaching the scope of the piece is. From another point of view, given the background, I could imagine each planet-sized city being pulled into the sun ready to burn into ash, much like Pompeii and the volcano.

It’s open to so many ideas and interpretations, and I’m sure that’s what you set out for when you made this extremely trippy piece. You sure have a knack for this kind of thing, so I can only advise you keep doin’ what you’re doin’.
