Here she is, My own little wood elf.This is the first one I've done. And I really like the way it turned out.
I don't have PS so I used Prismacolor pencils to do the coloring. Learning how to work with those.
Only wish I had not outlined her in India Ink with Quil Pen. But that's ok, she turned out just fine. I think it brings her to the front a little more. The background was a pain, but I like it. Hard to draw out of focus. Will need to master that some time.
Open for comments and suggestions. I take true criticism with ease, so shoot, I can take it.

(Edit: ) I say I'm done with this one, but it was for fun. So after working on some other projects I may come back to it and touch it up.

I really love the shading in this piece... and yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with you about the inking, haha. But overall, this is really amazing.

pity you don't have PS because , while the coloring is amazing, the black lines don't go well with it here. I agree about drawing out of focus=hard. Lol

Yea, I find that happens allot. But I say, that's art! That is the artist, trying to be expressive, not liking what he/she has done, but lots of others love it. Make no sense to me sometimes. So, anyway, keep it up! TA is wonderful, and so is digital.

This is a very nice piece. Like the shading. I think you should do more art with the prismacolors cuz you can only do better with each new one. I see that you are efficient with pencils (color/ bw) which could be your biggest strength. Keep it up.

Yep, started drawing again in October of 07. It's been like....hmm... I venture to say 18 years since I last seriously held a pencil to draw. Thanks for watch, I have so many ideas that it's making me crazy. I can't do them all at once! ahhhhhhhh.
