The first thing coming to my mind when I watch this lady here is "she's a kunoichi". 
Just curious: why the title "Sugar Bomb" for this artwork of yours, Krib2501?

Haha, great comment! Yes, she's just a normal lady. I just thought she'd look good with a tattoo sleeve. Basically I never try to put any pretentious reasons into my work. I nearly got kicked out of Art College when I was younger for refusing to accept that in order for art to be art it had to have a meaning behind it. I insisted that art can exist simply for the enjoyment of viewing it and didn't always have to have a meaning.
So basically this picture is just eye candy without reasons or meanings, hence the name 'Sugar Bomb' an explosion of eye candy. But unfortunately by explaining the name I've now given the picture a meaning lol. At least you'll know this about my work. That I never put meaning into things and just want people to enjoy the work for whatever reason they like. Actually, most of the names I come up with are just random things I think sound good. Often because I can't think of what to call my pics

Hey, thanks for commenting! Explaining how to make the background would take a very long time haha! I can give you a few tips but there is a lot to explain so I'll give you something to start with.
For the background I used Illustrator and for the ribbon and 'Sugar Bomb' font at the front I used a combination of Illustrator and Photoshop. Basically in Illustrator, to do this style it's all about getting good with the basic tools. So things like the pen tool, the blend tool, the path finder tool , things like that. I recommend looking up tutorials on YouTube and finding what works best for you. That's what worked for me. I can't specifically say which videos to watch as generally I would just think of a question on how to do something and look it up in Google or YouTube and most people always have an answer.
Other than that it takes a massive amount of patience to get the line work looking perfect and takes a lot of practice too. That really is all there is to it.
I know that's not quite the answer you're hoping for, sorry about that but there really is a lot to explain and most of it you will discover over time. If there is anything specifically I can help with then let me know and I'll do my best to answer. Good luck!

Nope, no advert. Although I can see why you thought that. It's just one of my styles I like to do. I like to present some pictures like a bouquet of flowers and with the title in there too as I like typography.

Nice, nice. It's all cool. Perhaps I have only two complains. One, her face is too dark compared to the rest of the body. I know it's intentional but it bothers me a bit. Second, her breats are made of steel? Perhaps the bikini should tighten her skin or something. Still, pretty nice. Maybe your best work.

I don't think the face is a problem, it looks flushed like you'd expect considering she appears to be sweating or just wrung cool water over herself. (I'd say it looks more like the later than the former, but her top doesn't appear to be wet so I'm going to have to assume sweat) I thought the face done quite well. I've honestly no opinion on the breasts one way or the other.
