Drizzt's magic cardsince it's starting to get popular I think I should point out that the artwork was done by a brilliant artist named Justin Sweet, you all should check him out

hey theres a new ability that is called soulbond ... you could replace all the banding nonsense with soulbond

I think that 'banding' was forgotten of completely. As for Rampage, it doesn't really do much unless you use 'Lure' or something. For what it's worth... I'm not sure it would work well with the new mechanics.

What do you mean STARTING to get popular? the Drizzt books have been gaining popularity since I was in Elementary school (to give you an idea... the mid 90's). I read the bulk of them through out my high school life.

cool, two of my favourite things in the world merged together, however pardon my ignorance, I'm relativly new to magic(started on time spiral) what's "rampage" and "banded" ? lie how you put on the forgotten realm logo. it would be kinda cool if they'd make a forgotten realms set, however I think i'd cheapen the games and the books a little.

Rampage is an old school ability on Craw Giant for an example. Rampage gives a creature +x/+x each time this creature is blocked by more than one creature.
I.E. Drizzt is blocked by 3 Llanowar elves, Drizzt gets +2/+2. It discourages ganging up on the creature to bring it down.
Banding... banding is something from fallen empires. Banding basically melds the two creatures into one. It's another old ability long forgotten 
So what ends up happening with this card is you get a 4/4 and a 4/4 with the same abilities banding together to become an 8/8 doublestrike creature when in a band.
^^ on a whole I agree, a MTG set based in the forgotten realms might breathe some life back into the game but it would further cheapen an already cheapened great. Have you seen the Drizzt Do'urden comics yet?
Oh... and all the cards I make are completely out of photo shop, I have templates but there's really no 'cookie cutter' going into it. I made the logo by actually shrinking down the logo and pasting it to that spot

yeah, I've seen the comics, I don't like to read novels in comic form though they usually let out the little things that really makes the book if you know what I mean, because they have to shorten the books to make room for the story in the comic book
