Overall - a very nice piece of work. Nitpicks - the shading needs more definition, especially around the facial features. The eyes are great, but the rest needs some more defining, such as the nose, the cheek areas, maybe the hair too...soften up and vary the shadowing a little more...
Its a very good likeness, I'll give you that. Nice work. Very nice.

That is really good, I must say, you have a talent for portriaits. but let me give you an advice that should help- don't be afraid to shade stuff !!!!! reall, it took me a while to find out, and alot of partice to understand---shading makes the picture!!!

this is a great piece!
Everything is well porportioned too.
Im really digging the eyes, nose and mouth.
I think the nose could use a bit more shading on the outline [far side] but other than that, its awesome!
