I'm more partial to the blue. I really like black and white, and that photo is just as good but to me it looks more somber than this one. Both are very nice though and each have a mysterious factor about them that I find appealing. It's just a matter of personal preference, really, and...I like the blue and how calm and tranquil it looks.

Sure thing. For this one, I stacked a 4-stop neutral density filter on top of a circular polarizer. Both were made by RocketFish.

Had a rocketfish nd filter in my hand the other day at best buy but put it down thinking i could find a better deal... shoulda grab it >>

That's exactly where I bought my gear too. I always get a polarizer or a UV filter my lenses. It's like an extra layer of protection in case I bump it.
