Stupid DA and its stupid text limit. Oh well, this was going to be called Metal Sonic - You're Next, Hedgehog... but whatever.Got bored and decided to have a crack at Metal Sonic, been trying to draw him for a while, finally got a decent idea in my head. Original idea wasn't QUITE so... cartoony as this, but I decided to go with what I had, and woo, there it is. It's nothing special, but I needed something new. I think his feet look too small and his head too big, but I don't care at this stage, too tired and sore to.
Sonic Doll head is based off the Tails Doll in Sonic R
Done in Photoshop, was quite quick by my standards, only an hour or two I think, from drawn start to finish.

This is comical, indeed... but in such a fitting way! XD It's just so Metal. He also looks like he's straight out of the OVA.
Of course, gotta love the spooky happy Sonic-plush head as well

One nitpic though (because balanced coments are good!), are Metal's ears. They look like they were just slapped on after you were finished with the rest of the picture, and they look flat and like they're not connected, especially with the odd shadows you gave them (it doesn't help that you have lines separating them from his head either). So yeah, they kinda look like magical floating ears XD But anyway, still a great picture. I see it was submitted back in August, and maybe you don't need the crit at all, but I thought I'd do it anyway.

Yeah that's a good point, I could've done a lot better with the ears and some other small details I can see, but I appreciate the critique though, it's great to hear! No matter when it was submitted.
