When you use the key item on it purple cloud covers Hoopa's icon. I think this form change has got to do more with the Magician part than the blackhole part.

Hoopa bound forme (regular forme) is based on a genie then you use the prison bottle key item on it and it changes to its unbound forme which is based on a djinn.

Well, it's the strongest special Dark-type move. The perfect accuracy's just a bonus, I guess.

It kinda sucks how it doesn't break Protect or whatever, but it's a good STAB. It probably is really OP'd because of its Special Attack, though.
